The Role
As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining customer pricing across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and commercial effectiveness. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to provide insight, support decision-making, and drive pricing performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage customer pricing agreements, ensuring all approvals are obtained and documented
* Maintain and update pricing across internal systems and sales tools
* Support margin analysis on customer deals, tenders, and promotions
* Assist in building pricing structures, including discounts and rebates
* Provide support and resolution for pricing-related queries across the business
* Monitor promotional spend and commercial support activity against targets
* Support the sales team with accurate pricing for quotations and projects
* Ensure all pricing data remains accurate, compliant, and up to date
About You
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy
* Experience working with pricing, commercial data, or contracts
* Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Strong Excel skills (formulas, data handling, etc.)
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with rebate or structured pricing models is advantageous
