Sales Support Executive – Hybrid (B2B SaaS)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid 2–3 days on-site)

Salary: £13 – £18 per hour (£26,000 – £36,000 equivalent)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity:

Vita CV is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing B2B SaaS business supporting commercial teams across the UK and Europe.

As the pipeline grows, the sales team needs a structured Sales Support Executive to keep CRM data clean, proposals moving, and follow-up activity on track.

About the Role:

You will support the commercial team by coordinating inbound leads, preparing sales documents, and helping maintain momentum across the sales cycle.

This role suits someone who is organised, commercially aware, and confident working with detail in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Qualify inbound enquiries and schedule 8–12 demos per week for the sales team

·      Prepare proposals, pricing documents, and sales packs using approved templates

·      Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, and contact notes

·      Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client-facing communication

·      Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports for internal review

·      Support the team with contract admin and pre-sales coordination

·      Ensure opportunities move through the sales process without unnecessary delays

What We’re Looking For:

·      Previous experience in sales support, SDR coordination, or commercial administration

·      Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple active tasks

·      Confidence working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

·      Clear and professional written communication

·      Commercial mindset with good attention to detail

·      Ability to work to deadlines and maintain process accuracy

Nice to Have:

·      Experience in a SaaS or technology environment

·      Exposure to proposals, pricing, or bid support

·      Understanding of pipeline metrics and conversion stages
