Position Overview
As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll work closely with the sales team to help manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and support the sales process from start to finish. This is a hands-on role that offers an excellent opportunity to learn the signage industry, develop customer service skills, and grow into a full sales position over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and order documentation.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
* Maintain accurate customer and project information in the company’s CRM system.
* Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Assist in scheduling site visits and following up on open quotes and leads.
* Help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell signage products and services.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn about signage products and processes.
