Sales Team Manager Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets - and feel good doing it.
Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets.
Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best.
Keep a close eye on KPIs and use your know-how to drive consistent performance.
Use your commercial brain to suggest new ideas and improve how we do things.
Work closely with other teams (like operations, marketing, and compliance) to keep everything running smoothly.Sales Team Manager Experience Required:
Experience leading a telesales or contact centre team - you're confident managing performance and building team culture.
A strong understanding of sales metrics, targets, and what makes teams tick.
Someone who's great at coaching and knows how to bring the best out in people.
A solid grasp of Contact Centre operations and how to keep things running efficiently.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you're always looking for ways to improve.
A team player who loves collaborating and is all about hitting shared goals.
