Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Warehouse Administrator Location: Redditch, B98 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hands-on Sales & Warehouse Administrator to join our clients growing team based in Redditch. This is a dual-role position combining sales order processing and customer service with warehouse support, ensuring the smooth flow of orders from receipt to dispatch. This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and ideally, experience using Sage 200. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently using Sage 200 Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone and email Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders Support warehouse operations including Goods in and out Picking and packing Inventory checks and stock control Maintain accurate records and documentation for both sales and warehouse functions Provide general administrative support as required Work flexibly across departments to meet business needs Key Requirements Previous experience in sales order processing and customer service Working knowledge of Sage 200 (essential or highly desirable) Experience in a warehouse or stock control environment Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work flexibly across teams Good attention to detail and time management #INDASH25
