Job Description
Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Nonprofit Cloud)
Mason Frank are proud to partner with a leading Salesforce partner specializing in delivering innovative salesforce solutions to nonprofit organizations.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Design and implement Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Experience required:
Salesforce Consultant certifications (Sales, Service OR Experience Cloud)
Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant ideally gained in a consulting environment.
Prior experience with Salesforce Non profit cloud highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBefore You Apply
