Job Description
Our client, a leading and fast-growing international SAP consultancy, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead SAP data transformation programmes. This role requires a professional with extensive experience delivering SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and proven expertise in data migration.
Working with best-in-class SAP transformation software and alongside highly skilled data migration specialists, you will manage complex, high-value projects for major clients. You will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end SAP transformation projects with a focus on data migration
* Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
* Guide teams of consultants, often working remotely across multiple locations
* Ensure delivery excellence and maintain strong customer satisfaction
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* 6–8 years’ experience managing SAP projects, including data migration
* Broad understanding of SAP ERP functionality across modules
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
* Commercial awareness and ability to align delivery with business objectives
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
* Experience in S/4HANA transformations
* Exposure to bid and pre-sales processes
* Recognised project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, SAP Activate)
* Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
