The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems tailored to the organization’s business needs. This role focuses on customizing SAP solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technology Assessment & Alignment
* Analyze current technology infrastructure and align it with business strategies and goals.
* Solution Strategy & Architecture
* Develop and maintain SAP solution strategies, architecture frameworks, and integration models.
* Standards & Governance
* Define, implement, and enforce SAP solution standards, procedures, and best practices.
* SAP Landscape Management
* Oversee SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and support activities to ensure stability and performance.
* System Audits & Optimization
* Conduct regular audits to identify deviations from standards and recommend improvements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
* Training & Support
* Design and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing technical support.
* Risk Management
* Identify potential risks in SAP solutions and implement mitigation strategies.
* Compliance & Security
* Ensure SAP systems comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Proven experience in SAP development, architecture, and solution design.
* Technical Expertise:
* Strong proficiency in SAP modules, architecture, and integration techniques.
* Analytical Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
* Communication:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Certifications:
* Preferred: SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Solution ArchitectBefore You Apply
