Job Description
SAP Systems Trainer
split between Warwickshire / Liverpool
£39 per hour
Initially 12-month contract
40 hours per week

We’re recruiting a proactive and experienced SAP Trainer to lead the delivery of a strategic Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiative, with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance. This role is key to empowering teams through data access, driving consistency, and embedding real-time dashboards to unlock operational value.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to uncover knowledge gaps and training priorities.
Design and deliver user-specific learning using tools such as SAP Enable Now and Articulate RISE.
Develop a suite of learning content including instructor-led sessions, eLearning, simulations, videos, and quick-reference guides.
Measure and evaluate user readiness and adapt follow-up interventions accordingly.
Deliver engaging, blended training aligned with core business processes and system changes.
Organise on-site training, host Q&A drop-ins, and offer post-training floor support.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (process, testing, learning, comms) to ensure project success and user adoption.
Your Background:
Proven SAP end-user or trainer experience, ideally within SAP Manufacturing modules.
Over 5 years of experience in designing and facilitating impactful training.
Hands-on with SAP Enable Now, Articulate RISE, or similar learning platforms.
Comfortable creating diverse training content and delivering across locations.
Collaborative, proactive, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication and evaluation skills with a passion for digital transformation.
