What You Will Do:
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify process requirements and stakeholders.
• Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE.
• Develop engaging training content, including classroom courses, online learning modules, simulations, quick reference guides, and assessments.
• Evaluate SAP users’ knowledge levels and assist with training impact assessments.
• Host on-site and off-site training events, run drop-in sessions, and provide floor-walking support for end users.
• Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams to ensure seamless deployment.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience as an SAP user, with extensive knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Modules.
• Extensive experience in training creation and delivery.
• Expertise in creating simulation-based training content.
• Preferred experience with SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align teams and ensure training adoption.
This role is instrumental in supporting this company’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme, a critical initiative aimed at delivering unified, end-to-end processes and connected, traceable data. As an SAP Systems Trainer, you will empower employees with live data and dashboards, enabling them to focus on value creation and operational excellence. This role is based in the West Midlands and Liverpool, full-time on site.
