Job Description

Outpatient Procedural Area Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Outpatient Procedural Area team. This role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional with strong clinical expertise, a patient-centered approach, and experience in advanced outpatient procedural care environments.

The successful candidate will provide complex, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing a variety of outpatient procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  * Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care within the outpatient procedural setting

  * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

  * Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to changes in condition

  * Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and protocols

  * Support procedural sedation practices where applicable

  * Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Education

  * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure & Certifications

  * Current Registered Nurse licensure

  * Basic Life Support (BLS)

  * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) where applicable

  * Conscious Sedation certification where applicable

Experience

  * Minimum of 5 years’ nursing experience

  * At least 4 years’ experience in a clinically related outpatient procedural area

Skills & Competencies

  * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment

  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  * Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence

  * Knowledge of patient safety and quality standards

  * Experience with audit reporting and data collection processes

  * High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity

  * Awareness of cybersecurity and confidentiality standards within healthcare settings

Language Requirements

  * Fluent in English

  * Arabic language skills are an advantage
