SC cleared Finance Business Partner (Management Accounting) - 6 months - Stratford 3 days a week - £(Apply online only) per day inside IR35
This role requires a finance professional with a management accounting background to strengthen programme financial controls and reporting. The post-holder will be responsible for robust budget management, forecasting, month-end processes, and balance sheet controls. They will drive improvements in programme finance management by embedding consistent processes, ensuring sound financial governance, and producing accurate management information (MI) that links financials to programme delivery.
Essential criteria:
Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, ICAS, or ICAI).
Experience in large, complex financial environments with significant budgets.
Experience providing financial services to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
SC clearance required.
Desirable experience:
Supporting financial planning for large programmes (including spending reviews and budget allocation).
Reporting at portfolio boards and advising senior managers.
Benefits management.
Managing risks in politically sensitive environments.
