Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer to join an engineering team, contributing to the design and implementation of safety-critical control systems in high-integrity industrial environments.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise in Siemens WinCC Professional and WinCC SCADA platforms, along with a deep understanding of functional safety, industrial standards, and automated system lifecycle development.
You will work across multiple project phases — from requirements capture and system architecture, through to configuration, integration, and validation — ensuring all solutions meet rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and commission SCADA systems using WinCC Pro and WinCC SCADA.
* Interface with PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and field devices.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated control and monitoring solutions.
* Participate in hazard and risk assessments, FMEAs, and functional safety reviews.
* Produce and maintain detailed documentation: functional specifications, test plans, validation protocols.
* Support FAT, SAT, and client acceptance testing.
Experience required:
* Proven experience with WinCC Pro and WinCC SCADA in safety-critical environments
* Strong background in industrial automation, HMI/SCADA design, and PLC integration
* Knowledge of safety lifecycle processes and certifiable systems design
* Excellent understanding of networking protocols and data communication (e.g., OPC UA, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)Before You Apply
