About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Scaffolder to join our growing team in Manchester. You will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with industry standards
Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure safety and stability
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Work collaboratively with site managers and other trades
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditionRequirements:
Valid CISRS Scaffolder card (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced)
Previous experience in scaffolding (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations
Ability to work at height
Strong teamwork and communication skills
CSCS card (preferred)What We Offer:
