Your Impact as a Scaffolder:
Your responsibilities will include:
Safely erecting, maintaining, and dismantling temporary Scaffolding structures on Construction sites.
Securing scaffolding components with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Dismantling scaffolding efficiently and methodically.
Working confidently and safely at height.
Proficiently using a variety of tools and equipment essential for scaffolding work.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Scaffolder with a minimum of 2 years in the role.
Minimum of Part 1 CISRS, with a blue card being ideal.
Strong physical fitness and meticulous attention to detail.
A solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
Knowledge of Construction, including the ability to read blueprints.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Must be local to the Fordingbridge area.
