Your new role
As an integral part of the administration team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of field operations and client communications. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Scheduling and managing daily appointments for engineers across multiple locations
Monitoring compliance deadlines and sending timely service reminders
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets to track progress and job status
Communicating effectively with engineers, clients, and internal teams
Ordering parts and materials required for servicing and repairs
Supporting satisfaction survey data collection and reporting
Handling queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Assisting the wider admin team with general office duties as neededWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Confidence managing multiple priorities under pressure
