Job Description

We are pleased to be collaborating with our client, a engineering organisation operating in both installation and maintenance. Due to increase in demand for the services of the client, they are seeking to expand their team in the work scheduling/planning department. The main duties will be as follows: * Customer service for inbound faults both over the phone and via templated forms * Engagement with end customer to plan the remedial works * Use of the planning software to maximise the efficiencies of the engineers * Expectation management and follow up with customers for open jobs and completed works * Updating internal systems with regards to Engineer time allocation The ideal candidate will come from a repairs/maintenance background with knowledge and customer service skills in dealing with repairs. The role will be office based 5 days be week and there is no option for hybrid working
