Must Have’s
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects
* Strong communication skills, able to build great relationships with engineers, clients and internal teams
* Confident computer user with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
Nice to Have’s
* Previous experience in a planning, coordination or scheduling
* Experience dealing with delivery timelines and dealing with suppliers
So, what will you be doing?
* Scheduling and prioritising engineering resources to meet service requirements smoothly and efficiently
* Maintaining clear, solution-focused communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Supporting consistent delivery of contracts and service plans across departments
* Overseeing material usage and ensuring timely, accurate reporting, invoicing, and customer order processing
