Scheduling Administrator
Role and Requirements:
Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Administrator to join our Power & Civils Distribution business based in Kilmarnock.
Within the scheduler and planning role you will be responsible for the following:
· Managing your own workload from start to finish making sure all systems are up to date.
· Outbound and inbound call handling
· Scheduling appointments and updating the diary
· Updating and managing spreadsheets
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word / Excel and work management tools.
· Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
· Experience in customer service or advisor roles
This Scheduling Administrator role is a full time permanent position. Hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
