Established for over 25 years our Client is a family run Group that started working with Customers / Client mainly in the North West, they now work with Customers and Clients across the UK.
They are renowned for their commitment to the Environment via Research and Development. As the business continues to expand they have a need to appoint a proactive and hands on Scheduling and Planning Assistant to work across;
* Schedule and dispatch of technicians to Inspections / Maintenance and Emergency Calls
* Communicate with Customers to confirm Appointments and provide Service updates
* Maintain accurate Records of Service Activities and Technician Schedules
* Work closely with Operations and Service Teams to better plan Work Flow and Resource Allocation
* Respond to Customer Enquires and resolve Scheduling issues โ ASAP!
* Ad hoc duties
Our Client will offer full training across the role โ what they do ask for is a proven track across Administration and Customer Support.
SALARY / BENEFITS;
* Annual Salary of c ยฃ24,500 โ ยฃ28,000 โ doe
* 28 days hols โ which does include Bank Hols
* Flexible start and finish times 9 โ 5 pm or 8 โ 4 pm
* Car Parking
* Friday Lunch โ paid for by the business
