Scheduling Coordinator
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Our client based in central Tunbridge Wells are expanding their team.
They are looking for an organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with scheduling or coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and managing schedules for a team of engineers across the region
Ensuring routine and reactive visits are completed within SLA
Communicating with clients and engineers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Handling complaints and providing excellent customer service
Supporting with quotations and ad-hoc schedulingThey're looking for someone with scheduling experience, great communication skills, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and proactive under pressure.
