Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a leading housing provider in Warwickshire to recruit a dedicated Scheme Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of housing schemes and delivering high-quality services to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of housing schemes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing queries and assisting with tenancy-related issues.
Monitor health and safety standards, carrying out regular checks and reporting any concerns.
Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver effective services.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.Requirements:
Previous experience in a housing, support, or scheme management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
