Scheme Project Manager- RAIL

£300- £350 per day
Are you a driven and experienced Scheme Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the rail sector?
Our client is seeking a multidisciplinary Scheme PM to join a major rail framework in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in high-impact rail projects, with a focus on off-track and signalling works (advantageous but not essential).
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Scheme Project Manager within Rail
* PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
* Experience in contracting, project delivery & budget management
* Knowledge of project safety management & HSE legislation
Duties:
* Manage tactical change and risks within the project lifecycle for allocated schemes.
* Assist or lead in creating a safe working environment during managed work execution.
* Comply with the Investment Competence Framework.
* Manage the production of project management plans.
* Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
