School Administrator - Primary School (Bridgend/Pencoed Area)
📍 Location: Pencoed / Bridgend
⏰ Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
💷 Pay Rate: £14 per hour
📝 Start: ASAP
🔎 DBS: Enhanced DBS required (we can assist with the application)
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Administrator to join a welcoming Primary School in the Pencoed/Bridgend area. This is a front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils in a warm and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing emails and general office correspondence
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Assisting with basic school admin systems and record-keeping
What We're Looking For:
Previous school administration experience is desirable, but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using IT systems
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check (we can support you in obtaining this)
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
