Job Title: School Administrator Location: South East London – Secondary School Environment Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Start Date: Immediate Rate: £15.50 per hour (PAYE) Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary Role We’re working alongside a well-regarded secondary school in South East London to appoint a proactive and personable School Administrator. This is a key support role where you’ll be responsible for helping to maintain a smooth, organised, and welcoming school office environment. The role offers a consistent full-time schedule during school term time, perfect for someone with prior school admin experience seeking a steady and rewarding post. Duties Include: * Greeting visitors and ensuring all safeguarding protocols are followed * Managing calls, logging messages, and ensuring prompt communication across departments * Maintaining accurate pupil records and assisting with attendance tracking * Providing general office assistance including filing, photocopying, and data entry * Supporting senior administrative staff and contributing to a positive school culture Ideal Candidate Profile: * Previous admin experience within a UK school is highly desirable * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete one during registration * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently * Friendly, professional manner with a focus on great customer service * Comfortable using MS Office and general office systems Apply Now This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a supportive school office in South East London.
