SANZA Teaching Agency are delighted to be supporting a forward thinking and inclusive primary school to recruit a dynamic and highly skilled and experienced School Business Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Senior Leadership Team, where you will be responsible for overseeing all non-teaching aspects of school life to ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic management of the school's finances, HR, and operational functions
Oversight of premises, facilities, and health & safety compliance
Leading and managing a team of 5-8 support staff
Contributing to whole-school leadership and development as a member of SLTPerson Specification:
Extensive experience in leadership, financial and HR management
Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
A relevant qualification or willingness to work towards one, such as:
Level 4-6 in Business or School Administration
ADSBM (Advanced Diploma in School Business Management)
Finance or HR qualifications (desirable)What the School Offers:
