School Business Manager - Greenwich - SEN School - Permanent - Paying up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) - Full time (flexible working available)

The Role: School Business Manager
The School Business Manager will lead support teams across sites, ensuring strong financial systems, effective budget management, and operational excellence. Working closely with senior leaders, the School Business Manager will support long-term strategic planning and maintain compliance with Ofsted, DfE, and financial regulations.
Key responsibilities include managing payroll, VAT, and credit control; overseeing premises and administration; leading procurement and supplier contracts; and ensuring readiness for audits and inspections. The School Business Manager will also line manage finance, admin, and maintenance staff, promoting professional development and accountability.
We are seeking a proactive School Business Manager with proven experience in education finance and multi-site operations, strong leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience with Xero, ApprovalMax, or Peninsula is desirable.
