Job Title: School Caretaker - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Bexley

About the Role
As a School Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. You'll take pride in keeping the facilities running smoothly and will be responsible for:
Maintaining the cleanliness, security, and general upkeep of the school premises
Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general DIY duties
Overseeing deliveries and ensuring equipment and supplies are stored safely
Assisting with setting up rooms and facilities for school events
Conducting routine health and safety checks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Practical, dependable, and takes initiative
Able to manage their workload efficiently and respond to maintenance requests promptly
Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude towards teamwork
Previous experience in a caretaker, site assistant, or facilities role is desirable, though training and support will be provided.
