School Caretaker - Wirral
Location: Various schools across the Wirral (you will be based at one site only)
Hours: Full-time (hours TBC)
Pay: £16.25 - £18.00 per hour
Start: ASAP
We're looking for experienced and reliable School Caretakers to provide site cover across several schools in the Wirral area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming school environments.
Key responsibilities:
Opening and securing school buildings
Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
Ensuring health and safety standards are met
Monitoring and maintaining site security
Supporting with deliveries and setting up rooms for school activities
Requirements:
Previous caretaker or facilities experience (school experience desirable)
Good practical maintenance skills
A proactive and flexible approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
