School Cleaners Wanted - Cornwall
Hours: Part-time (typically early mornings or late afternoons)
Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour (depending on experience and location)
About the role:
We're beginning to work with a number of schools across Cornwall who are looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners to help maintain safe and welcoming environments for students and staff. These roles are term-time, part-time hours and ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, hygienic and well-presented.
Typical duties include:
Cleaning classrooms, toilets, staff areas and communal spaces
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and surface disinfecting
Emptying bins and managing basic waste disposal
Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures
Working independently and efficiently to a set schedule
You'll need:
Experience in cleaning (school, office or commercial preferred)
A good eye for detail and high standards of hygiene
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
Flexibility to work early mornings or late afternoons
What we offer:
£12.00-£13.50 per hour, paid weekly
Local work across primary, secondary and SEN schools
Long-term, short-term and temp-to-perm roles available
Ongoing support from your consultant based here in Cornwall
