The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step in to ensure learning continues in the absence of the usual teacher. Your role will involve:
Supervising classrooms and keeping students engaged and on task
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
Creating a calm, positive, and focused learning environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Reporting back to teachers on progress and any concernsWhat We Offer
