What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising classrooms during teachers' absences, ensuring students stay focused and on task
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and supporting student learning
Maintaining a positive, calm, and productive classroom environment
Managing behaviour confidently and effectively, in line with school policies
