Spencer Clarke Group is proud to be working closely with two welcoming Early Years settings in Preston and Blackpool, both seeking dedicated EYFS Practitioners to join their permanent teams. These are long-term, career-building opportunities for nurturing and proactive Early Years professionals who thrive in a warm, child-centred environment. Each setting provides an inclusive, supportive atmosphere where staff are valued and professional development is encouraged. At Spencer Clarke Group, we're managing a smooth handover process with both settings - ensuring the right permanent practitioner is found to fit their ethos, values, and long-term vision. The Roles: Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. Support children's emotional, social, and educational development. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote a safe, inspiring learning environment. Maintain accurate observations and records to track progress.We're Looking For: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
