This is a senior leadership role with real influence, perfect for a skilled marketing professional who thrives on shaping brand identity, driving engagement, and delivering results. You’ll play a key role in pupil recruitment and retention while enhancing the school’s profile across digital, print, and public channels.
The Role:
* Working with the Senior Leadership Team and with the support
* Lead and implement a whole-school marketing strategy
* Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all media
* Drive campaigns across digital platforms, publications, PR, events, and internal communications
* Manage stakeholder engagement with parents, alumni, media and the wider community
* Use data, analytics and insights to guide strategy and measure success
* Support the planning and delivery of key school events and publication
You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with:
* Proven strategic marketing leadership in education or a comparable sector
* Outstanding communication skills and a sharp eye for brand and content
* Experience managing cross-channel campaigns, PR, and stakeholder engagement
* A collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire and manage a creative team
* Strong data and reporting capabilities to inform decisions and demonstrate impact
