Are you a healthcare professional passionate about supporting young adults in education? Our client is seeking a dedicated College Nurse to join their team outside Horsham and ensure students receive the very best healthcare support in a safe and stimulating environment.
As a College Nurse, you’ll:
Manage a caseload of students, focusing on health and well-being.
Create and deliver individual healthcare plans.
Work closely with a trans-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
Keep accurate health records and liaise with parents, guardians, and external professionals.
Package and Benefits:
£23.14 per hour
Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 4:30am
