Location: Various schools across Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2025

Hours: Typically school hours (e.g., 8:00am - 4:00pm)

TimePlan Education is currently seeking flexible, reliable, and professional School Receptionists for ad hoc cover assignments in a range of friendly and welcoming schools.
The Role:
As a school receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students. Your duties will include:
Answering calls and responding to emails
Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures
Supporting administrative tasks such as attendance and data entry
Ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed at all times
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Previous receptionist or admin experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
A flexible and professional approach to work
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
