We are seeking a highly organised and welcoming School Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at a thriving secondary school in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school reception, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents.
Handle telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate school records and support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist with student attendance monitoring and reporting.
