About the Role
* We’re looking for a committed and reliable Residential Support Worker to join our teamYou’ll be supporting young people with physical disabilities and complex needs in a residential school setting, helping with daily routines, personal care, and encouraging independence.
What You’ll Do
* Support students with eating, drinking, and personal care.
* Encourage independence and life skills.
* Provide care in a safe, respectful environment.
* Work as part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
* Compassion, patience, and reliability.
* Full UK driving licence (essential – no public transport nearby)
* Moving & Handling training (Not including online course)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
