Pay Rate:£12.50-£14.00 Per Hour
A friendly, community-minded primary school in Bristol is looking for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join their team. This is a school full of heart - set on spacious grounds and home to much loved chickens and Guinea pigs!
If you enjoy variety, working outdoors and being part of a genuinely supportive school environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
As the school's site manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school is safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
Overseeing the maintenance and presentation of the school buildings and grounds
Carrying out minor repairs and practical fixes
Keeping external areas tidy
Supporting the wellbeing of the school's animals ( and enjoying their company!)
What we're looking for:
-Practical, hands-on skills and confidence handling small repairs
-Someone organised, dependable, and able to work independently
-A friendly presence who enjoys being part of a school community
-Previous experience in site management or caretaking (desirable but not essential)
