The Role - Science/Maths Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Science or Maths Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 students with complex social, communication and interaction difficulties, including autism. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students’ emotional and academic development, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong subject knowledge in Science or Maths
* Be confident managing behaviour and tailoring lessons to individual needs
* Be empathetic, patient, and skilled in working with SEN students
* Have experience with EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
