They are currently seeking a dedicated Science Teacher with a specialism in Chemistry to join their team on a long-term supply basis.
This is a full-time teaching role involving the delivery of engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to achieve their best and develop a passion for science.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4
Planning, preparing and assessing work in line with the school’s curriculum
Supporting students of all abilities to make progress
Participating in relevant CPD training opportunities
Attending parents’ evenings and contributing to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science
Specialism in Chemistry with proven classroom experience at KS3 and KS4
A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to professional growth and collaborative working
