We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for a part-time, short-term role from January 2026 to February 2026.This opportunity is within a secondary school that fosters a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Science Teacher Duties
Deliver engaging science lessons with a focus on Biology, using pre-prepared materials
Support students in understanding key scientific concepts across KS3 and KS4
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and assessment
Provide feedback to the department on student engagement and progress
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and support for learnersIdeal Candidate – Science Teacher
Holds QTS and has experience teaching Science at the secondary level
Specialism in Biology is an advantage
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Is confident delivering pre-planned lessons and adapting to different learner needs as a Science Teacher.
Has excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
