Are you a passionate Teacher of Science looking to inspire the next generation of learners? Vision for Education are working in partnership with a high-achieving secondary school in Preston, Lancashire, to appoint a talented Teacher of Science for a long-term maternity cover starting February 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Teacher of Science seeking a rewarding role in Preston, where you’ll join a forward-thinking department within a supportive school environment.

The Role

As a Teacher of Science in Preston, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop curiosity and confidence in the subject. This temporary maternity cover will run until February 2027, offering continuity and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
