 Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (MPS/UPS)

What you’ll be doing

Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcomed).
Bring scientific concepts to life through practical experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications.
Plan purposeful and well-structured lessons that stretch and support all learners.
Track and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching and raise achievement.
Create a positive and focused classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour.
Contribute to curriculum development and the wider work of the Science department.
Support enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs, science fairs, or trips.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Science,  in a secondary setting.
Strong subject knowledge across key Physics topics.
The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
Confident classroom management and clear communication skills.
