Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan and adapt lessons to suit a range of learning styles and abilities
Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
Uphold high expectations in behaviour, effort, and achievement
Participate in departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
Promote curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning Science
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school
Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
ECTs welcome with induction and mentoring provided
Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management
A commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
