Science Teacher Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time Join an exceptional independent specialist provision for students aged 11-19, dedicated to transforming the educational journeys of young people who thrive best in a nurturing, therapeutic environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join our team and help shape the futures of our students through inspiring and dynamic teaching. The Role As a Science Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in secondary Science, including GCSE and A-Level content. Develop a curriculum that sparks curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence. Promote a classroom culture rooted in care, structure, and high expectations. Work collaboratively with staff and parents to support student progress and wellbeing. Science Teacher Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning needs. Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages student engagement. Monitor student progress through regular assessment and feedback. Contribute to whole-school initiatives, enrichment activities, and trips. Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students in line with school policies. Act as a form tutor and liaise with families, SENCO, and the multidisciplinary team.
