* Proven experience teaching Science lessons effectively at secondary key stages, with a track record of strong student outcomes.
* A deep and current understanding of the Science curriculum and a commitment to innovative, engaging teaching methods.
* Excellent communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire scientific curiosity.
