Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver outstanding lessons that combine theoretical knowledge with practical experimentation. * Use modern laboratory facilities to lead investigations, data analysis, and fieldwork activities. * Design differentiated courses that cater to diverse learning needs and challenge high-achieving students. * Coordinate cross-curricular STEM initiatives and events (e.g., Science Fair, Thermodynamics Day). * Monitor progress, assess work rigorously, and provide actionable feedback.
