What You’ll Be Doing
As an ECT in Science, your role will involve:

Teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering enthusiasm and deep understanding across the sciences.

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a wide range of student abilities.

Leading practical experiments and investigations that bring scientific theory to life.

Monitoring and supporting student progress using assessment data to raise attainment.

Supporting extracurricular science initiatives and events that encourage wider student engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Science Teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a Science-related subject.

Has some classroom experience or strong understanding of teaching Science to students aged 11–16.
*
Can plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
*
Is committed to professional development and growth within the role.
*
Is passionate about Science and eager to inspire students to explore the subject further.
*
Works well as part of a collaborative team and contributes positively to school life.
