We are currently seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join our partnered secondary PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) based in Greenwich from September, on a full-time basis. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term (Potential to go Permanent)
We are open to considering ECT Science Teachers.
For this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to working with young people with additional needs. Experience working with children who present SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) or SEN (Special Educational Needs) is essential, along with the ability to manage and respond to challenging behaviour effectively.
You’ll be joining a dedicated and supportive team in a school committed to helping students re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve success. The position also offers excellent career progression opportunities within alternative education settings for those looking to grow and develop in their teaching career.
Requirements:

Qualified Science Teacher status (QTS or equivalent)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
*
Experience in PRUs or similar SEMH/SEN environments
*
Strong classroom management and behavior support skills
*
Passion for supporting vulnerable or at-risk youth
